Refund policy

The First 3 Years is a digital product. Once it is delivered, it cannot be taken back. So there are no refunds once the PDF has been delivered, except in the two cases below.

You get a refund if

• The file is damaged. The PDF will not open, or pages are missing or broken.
• I fail to deliver it. The PDF has not reached you after you paid.

What to do

Delivery is automatic and normally takes a few minutes. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder and the address you gave at checkout.

If it is still not there, or the file is damaged, write to deepak@drdesign.in with your payment reference. I will send a working file at once. If I am not able to give you a working file, I will refund the full amount.

If you gave a wrong email address, write to me and I will send the PDF again to the right one.

How a refund is paid

A refund goes back to the same payment method you used. Your bank usually takes 5 to 7 working days to show it.
