About

Architect, teacher and writer in Bangalore.

I am Deepak Gupta, an architect, teacher and writer in Bangalore.

I founded D+R DESIGN, an architecture studio, in 2004. Since then my studio has worked on more than 100 projects. I have also taught architecture and design, and I write about how a career in architecture actually gets built.

This site is my personal home. It holds my story, my writing and my teaching. It also sells one product, The First 3 Years. That is an 80-page PDF career guide for young architects, with an 11-sheet printable workbook. It is sold as a digital file and is delivered by email.

The longer story is on the home page. If you would like to ask me something, see the contact page.
