This page explains what information this site handles and why. The site is run by Deepak Gupta, Bangalore.

When you buy

Payments are handled by Razorpay. You give your name, email and phone number, and your payment details, to Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details never reach me. Razorpay handles them under its own privacy policy.

From each successful payment I receive the payment reference, your email address, your phone number, the amount, the currency, the payment method and the time. I use your email address to send you the PDF, and to answer you if you write to me. A copy of each delivery email goes to my own mailbox, so that I can keep a record.

When you visit

The site counts visits in an anonymous way. For each visit it records the page, your country and the website you came from. It does not use cookies. It does not store your IP address. It makes a one-way code from your browser details so that one visitor is counted once a day. That code cannot be turned back into a person.

The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may see that a request came from your browser.

Sharing

I do not sell your information. I do not share it with anyone except the services that run the site and the payment: Razorpay for payments, Google for email and hosting.

How long I keep it

I keep order records for as long as I need them for accounts, tax and support.

You can write to me at deepak@drdesign.in to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. If I change this page, the date at the top will change.
